This policy applies to the ReviewMe mobile application for Android and iOS, distributed through Google Play and the Apple App Store.

It describes practices related to AI-assisted image creation, style templates, generation history, credit balances, account and profile tools, in-app feedback, and optional paid credit packs. If any detail here differs from the publisher shown on your storefront listing, rely on the official listing for the entity responsible for your build.

Certain features request permissions at the moment of use—for example, access to your photo library when you import a still image, or permission to save a finished visual back to your library. You may decline; related features may be unavailable.

Continuing to use ReviewMe after reading this policy indicates you understand the practices below.

• Visual inputs: Photos and still images you choose to import or capture, along with template and style selections, to produce the outputs you request.
• Account details: User identifier, display name, avatar, and sign-in state when you log in or maintain a profile.
• Credits and activity: Credit balances, generation records, and summaries of in-app credit usage.
• Technical signals: Device model, operating system version, app build, stable device identifier, crash reports, and performance diagnostics to keep the service reliable.
• Support messages: Text and attachments you submit through the in-app Feedback flow on the Profile tab.

• Operate features you choose—templates, AI visual generation, galleries, credits, and history.
• Authenticate sessions, sync accounts, and apply promotional credit rules where offered.
• Diagnose defects, improve quality, and review aggregated usage patterns where individuals are rarely identifiable.
• Protect against abuse, respond to incidents, and comply with lawful obligations we cannot reasonably refuse.

Information is processed and stored only by us, on infrastructure and equipment that we run and control.

Downloading, updating, or completing an in-app purchase through Google Play or the Apple App Store may leave billing or delivery records with the storefront under its own policies—that pipeline is separate from ReviewMe's own data handling described here.

We retain data only for as long as needed to fulfill the relevant purpose, meet legal record-keeping requirements, or resolve disputes, then delete or anonymize it according to schedules our team maintains.

• Purpose: Facial features in photos you supply are used solely to perform the stylization or generation you initiated—not for unrelated advertising or public likeness galleries.
• Identification: We do not build standalone identity profiles for marketing from uploaded likeness data.
• Commercial use: We do not sell image-derived profiles to unrelated marketers.

We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls and encryption where appropriate. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure—consider the sensitivity of content before uploading from your device.

We disclose information only when:

• A statute, regulation, court order, or formal governmental demand requires it; or
• We must act promptly to protect life, serious injury, or urgent public safety.

Cross-border aspects arise only from where we locate our own equipment or staff. Where your region requires additional safeguards, we apply measures the applicable law demands.

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or export of personal data. Contact us using the details below; we may ask for reasonable verification so others cannot impersonate you.

ReviewMe is intended for teens and adults, not children under 13. If we learn we collected data from a child below that age without required parental consent, we delete what we can consistent with our legal duties.

We may revise this policy when features or legal requirements change. The version published at this URL controls. Material changes may also be highlighted inside the app when required.
